Definitions
“Connexure.co” is the online service provided, owned and operated by Young Consulting, Inc. on the World Wide Web of the Internet, consisting of information services and content provided by Young Consulting, Inc., its affiliates and third-parties. “Subcriber” means each person who establishes or accesses a connection (“Account”) for access to and use of Connexure.com.
Please note that the practices of Young Consulting, Inc., its affiliates, and agents (“Connexure”), with respect to data collected and used by Connexure.com in connection with this website and all other websites of Connexure with authorized links to this policy (collectively, the “Site”) and Connexure products and services available via the Site ( “Products and Services”), are governed by this online privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) as amended from time to time, and not any privacy policy appearing at the time the data was collected. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those Connexure sites, products and services that do not display or link to this Privacy Policy or that have their own privacy statements. Please regularly review our Privacy Policy. If Subscriber has objections to the Privacy Policy, Subscriber should immediately discontinue use of the Site and the Products and Services available via the Site and follow the procedure described in the section entitled “Updating PII and privacy preferences.” This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities, websites other than the Site, or products and services not available via the Site, except as expressly set forth in the section entitled “Data not collected on the Site.” To the extent that any terms of the Privacy Policy conflict with the terms of an existing written (including electronic) agreement between Subscriber and Connexure regarding the use of specific areas of the Site or specific Products and Services (including Product and Service licenses, terms of use, or privacy disclosures) (collectively, “Product Agreements”), the terms of the Product Agreements shall govern.
Changes and Amendments to the Privacy Policy
All personally identifiable information (“PII”) is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify the person to whom such information pertains. All PII that is collected and maintained by Connexure will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. Connexure may change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and will provide notice of all changes in the Privacy Policy through indications on this Privacy. If as the result of such changes Subscriber wants to alter the ways in which Connexure is allowed to use Subscriber’s PII, Subscriber can do so by following the procedure described in the section entitled “Updating Subscriber’s PII and privacy preferences.” Subscriber will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, changes to the Privacy Policy after such notice has been posted with the following exception: if at the time Subscriber provides PII to Connexure Subscriber limits how such information will be used to communicate with Subscriber, either by Connexure or by third parties, Connexure will not change Subscriber’s preference in this regard without Subscriber’s express consent. However, if Connexure sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or Connexure (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with another entity, Subscriber agrees that Connexure may provide to such entity with Subscriber PII related to the business or part thereof that was sold to or merged with the other entity without obtaining Subscriber’s further consent.
Entities collecting PII
PII on this Site is collected on behalf of Connexure, who is responsible for this Site.
The Site contains links to other sites where PII may be collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of Subscriber’s PII will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to those sites, if any.
Updating Subscriber’s PII and privacy preferences
Subscriber has the right to access, correct and delete inaccuracies in Subscriber PII and privacy preferences at any time. With respect to Registration Information (as defined in the section entitled “Protection of Subscriber’s PII”), this may be accomplished by logging in to Subscriber’s account on the relevant website, where Subscriber can typically view and make changes to Subscriber’s PII. Subscriber may also access and correct Subscriber’s PII and privacy preferences (such as whether Subscriber wishes to receive promotional communications) by writing Connexure at:

Collection of PII
As a visitor to this Site, Subscriber can engage in some activities without providing any PII. In connection with other activities, such as utilizing online or hosted Products and Services, Connexure may ask Subscriber to provide certain information about Subscriber. It is optional for Subscriber to engage in these activities. However,If Subscriber elects to engage in these activities, Connexure may ask Subscriber to provide certain PII (as well as certain non-PII that may be tied to PII). When ordering Products and Services via the Site, Subscriber may be asked to provide a credit card number and billing and shipping information. Depending upon the activity, some of the information may be mandatory and some voluntary. If Subscriber does not provide mandatory information with respect to a particular activity, Subscriber will not be permitted to engage in that activity. Similarly, if Subscriber wishes to delete or change information (pursuant to the mechanism set forth in “Updating Subscriber’s PII and privacy preferences”) that is mandatory, Subscriber will no longer be able to engage in that particular activity.
When Subscriber uses the Site and the Products and Services, Connexure may also collect certain information about Subscriber’s computer to facilitate, evaluate and verify Subscriber’s use of the Site and the Products and Services. For example, we may log environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, referring or exit webpages, click patterns, Session ID (a unique identifier assigned to the browser in connection to the Site), and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of Subscriber’s computer. Connexure also uses such information to measure traffic patterns on the Site and usage of the Products and Services. We do not match such information with PII held about Subscriber by Connexure unless we have Subscriber’s consent, except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
By using this Site and the related Products and Services, Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that PII collected through the Site or in connection with the Products and Services may be transferred across jurisdictional boundaries and stored and processed in any places where Connexure maintains offices, including the United States. Subscriber also acknowledges that in certain jurisdictions or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transfer, storage, and processing of Subscriber’s information may be undertaken by third party vendors or agents of Connexure to help facilitate Connexure in providing certain functions. Such third parties are contractually and legally bound not to use Subscriber’s PII for their own purposes or provide it to any third parties.
Connexure has established relationships with various providers of services and products who are not part of Connexure and who may not themselves be providing products and services to Connexure or on Connexure’s behalf (“Providers”). Providers do not include third parties contracting with Connexure to perform services on Connexure’s behalf. The services of these Providers may be available to Subscriber from the Site, from websites that are linked to the Site, or in connection with the Products and Services. Typically, these Providers offer services that Connexure customers might find useful, such as those that can be used in conjunction with Products and Services. In order to use Providers’ products and services, Subscriber may be required to provide PII to the Providers or agree to allow Connexure to share Subscriber’s PII with such Providers. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, PII that Subscriber provides while Subscriber is visiting a Provider’s website will be subject to the privacy policy posted on that site, and PII that Subscriber provides while on the Site will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
In order to reduce errors, authenticate users, prevent fraud and prevent abuse of the Site and the Products and Services, as well as to provide more consistent, relevant experiences to Subscribers, Connexure may occasionally supplement or correct the PII Subscriber submits and Subscriber’s Internet Protocol (IP) address with information in our other databases or information from third-party sources. For example, if permitted under applicable law, we may supplement Subscriber’s Registration Information with address information provided by the U.S. Postal Service to qualify Subscriber’s information and prevent errors in our database. As permissible, we may also supplement Subscriber information with demographic and other information stored in third-party databases in order to facilitate marketing communications.
Use of Subscriber PII
Connexure collects Subscriber information in order to record, support and facilitate Subscriber’s participation and use of Connexure.com and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. Subscriber’s PII may be used to track preferences, to provide a customized Site experience and to keep Subscriber informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Connexure unless Subscriber has opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law.
Connexure may collect information about Subscriber use of the Products and Services and the Site, such as the number of downloads, types of Services used, how many users are received daily, Site pages visited, and the IP address of Subscriber’s computer. This information is generally collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. Exceptions to this general rule are noted in this Privacy Policy or in additional privacy terms connected to a specific Product, Service or website.
Subscriber’s PII Choices
Connexure respects Subscriber’s legal rights regarding access to, and correction and deletion of, Subscriber’s PII. Connexure may communicate information to Subscriber regarding products, services, and special offers available from Connexure unless Subscriber has opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law, although in such cases it may be deemed necessary to continue to communicate with Subscriber regarding Subscriber’s use of the Site and the Products and Services. Except in the particular circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, Connexure will not provide Subscriber’s name to other companies or organizations without Subscriber’s consent.
There are other instances in which Connexure may divulge Subscriber’s PII, such as when required by law, regulation, or litigation. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our sites and applicable laws or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements. We may also disclose information about Subscriber if it is determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
Protection of Subscriber’s PII
The PII that Subscriber provides in connection with registering as a user of the Site or of the Products and Services is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected. Access by Subscriber to its Registration Information is available through the password and customer ID issued to Subscriber. Connexure recommends that Subscribers take steps to maintain the confidentiality of any password and customer ID issued. In addition, Subscriber’s Registration Information resides on secure servers to which only selected personnel and contractors have access.
PII that Subscriber provides not constituting Registration Information is also maintained on secure servers and is accessible only to selected personnel and contractors.
Uncollected PII
PII that is not collected on the Site or in connection with the Products and Services is not generally subject to this Privacy Policy. However, PII submitted on product registration cards is classified as Registration Information and is subject to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also applies licensee information (such as contact name and address) provided in connection with Connexure’s licensed products.
Tracking Subscriber Activities
In order to improve our Products and Services and the Site, Connexure may use “cookies,” “web beacons,” and similar devices to track Subscriber activities. Cookies are comprised of small amounts of data which are transferred to Subscriber’s browser by a web server and can only be read by the server providing them to Subscriber. Cookies function to identify Subscriber and enable Connexure to record Subscriber’s passwords, purchases, and preferences. Cookies cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. Subscriber may change Subscriber privacy preferences regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies through Subscriber’s browser. Subscriber may set Subscriber’s browser to accept all cookies, block certain cookies, require consent before a cookie is placed in the browser or block all cookies. Blocking all cookies will affect Subscriber’s online experience and may prevent access to some Products and Services. A web beacon is a gif image embedded in an HTML page or email used to track when the page or email has been viewed. Other similar devices may be used with respect to Connexure Products and Services.
While Connexure uses cookies and similar devices to track Subscriber’s use of the Site and the Products and Services and web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of Subscriber’s computer, Connexure does not generally use this information to identify Subscriber personally. Exceptions to this are noted in this Privacy Policy.
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, and most Products and Services that include similar devices are typically initially activated to collect data. Subscriber can set Subscriber’s browser to notify Subscriber when Subscriber receives a cookie, giving Subscriber the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. (For some web pages that require an authorization, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies or similar devices may not be able to access those pages or the related Products and Services.) Information about non-cookie tracking devices and their features, including disabling options, are contained in the information materials provided with such Products and Services or on Site pages relating to such Products and Services.
Connexure takes its users’ and Subscriber’s privacy concerns seriously. If Subscriber believes that Connexure has not complied with this Privacy Policy with respect to Subscriber’s PII, Subscriber may contact Connexure directly at:

Subscriber should describe as completely as possible the way(s) in which Subscriber believes that the Privacy Policy has been violated. If Subscriber provides Connexure with inconsistent privacy preferences (for example, by indicating on one occasion that Providers may contact Subscriber with marketing offers and indicating on another occasion that they may not), Connexure will endeavor to update Subscriber’s privacy preferences in Connexure’s records with the latest preference in a timely and accurate manner. Also, please note that Connexure is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of non-Connexure websites to which this Site or any other Connexure website may link. Subscriber should review the privacy policy of such sites before using the sites.
